从专利角度分析冠状病毒中西药防治技术现状及研发思路

摘　　要：目的了解抗冠状病毒药物研发现状,为相关研究单位开发针对新型冠状病毒肺炎的特效药和疫苗,提供重要的技术支持。方法基于全球冠状病毒专利信息,对全球数据库进行专利申请趋势分析,专利竞争格局分析,专利技术主题分析。结果总结了冠状病毒的中药防治专利技术和西药防治专利技术,利用成熟的专利技术对控制疫情相当重要。结论建议企业在该领域研发专门针对冠状病毒的特效药或者药物组合,合理利用现有的专利技术,从剂型方面创新来实现降低药物毒副作用。Objective To understand the status of the drug research and development for Convid-19 and to provide technical support for the relevant research units to develop specific drugs and vaccines against the pandemic.Methods Based on the global patent information about coronavirus, this paper analyzed the trend of patent application, the pattern of patent competition and the theme of patent technology in the global database.Results This paper summarized the patent technology of TCM and Western medicine for the prevention and control of coronavirus.It was necessary to control the pandemic by using mature patent technology.Conclusion It is suggested that enterprises should develop specific drugs or compounds for coronavirus in this field.Besides, they should take advantage of existing patent technology and innovate in dosage form to reduce drug side effects.
