中国农村地区多维相对贫困测度与时空分异特征

摘　　要：中国在消除绝对贫困的减贫道路上已取得了历史性胜利,未来将更加关注多维相对贫困。文章从经济、社会、生态三个维度设计了多维相对贫困指标体系,运用AF方法测算了2010—2019年中国农村地区多维相对贫困状况。结果表明:(1)中国农村地区多维相对贫困得到明显改善,中度多维相对贫困减缓效果最明显。(2)从多维贫困各维度的演化情况来看,经济维度对相对贫困贡献率较大并呈现下降趋势,生态维度对相对贫困贡献率呈现上升趋势且在2019年超过了经济维度贡献率,社会维度对相对贫困贡献率较低且呈现缓慢下降趋势。(3)从地理空间角度来看,中国农村地区相对贫困程度呈现东轻西重、中部和东北地区处中间的空间分布特征,未来扶持的重点依然是西部地区。China has achieved historic success in eliminating absolute poverty, and will pay more attention to multi-dimensional relative poverty in the future. This paper designs a multidimensional relative poverty index system from the three dimensions of economy, society and ecology, and then uses the AF method to measure the multidimensional relative poverty in rural areas of China from 2010 to 2019. The results are as follows:(1) Multidimensional relative poverty in rural areas of China has been significantly improved, and moderate multidimensional relative poverty alleviation effect is the most obvious.(2) From the perspective of the evolution of each dimension of multidimensional poverty, the economic dimension contributes more to relative poverty and shows a declining trend;the contribution rate of ecological dimension to relative poverty shows an upward trend and exceeded the contribution rate of economic dimension in 2019;the contribution rate of social dimension to relative poverty is low and shows a slow downward trend.(3) In terms of geographical space, the relative poverty degree in China’s rural areas shows the spatial distribution characteristics of“low degree in the east and high degree in the west”and“the central and northeastern regions are in the middle”;the focus of poverty alleviation in the future is still the western region.
