基于SEM的高校创新创业教育影响因素分析:以W大学为例

摘　　要：为了解高等学校创新创业教育的基本情况及相关影响因素,进一步提升和完善创新创业教育理论,基于结构方程模型(SEM)对高校双创教育现状展开调查研究,通过问卷调查收集1389份有效问卷,并运用SPSS软件和Amos软件进行实证分析。研究表明:创新创业教育的主要影响因素有氛围构造、资源支撑、动机意愿、能力水平、实施效果5个方面,其中资源支撑对能力水平和动机意愿影响强烈,能力水平对实施效果影响强烈,氛围构造对实施效果影响较弱。最后为高校创新创业教育体系的发展提出建议:良好创新创业氛围和稳固的资源支撑能够有效促进创新创业教育进一步发展,应继续保持并完善创新创业精神培养和意识培育、优秀榜样力量影响,从而有效深化学生创新创业意愿。In order to understand the basic situation and related influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities,and to provide theoretical basis for further promoting and perfecting innovation and entrepreneurship education,this paper investigates the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities based on SEM,collects 1389 valid questionnaires in the form of questionnaires,and makes empirical analysis by SPSS software and Amos software.The results show that the main influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship education include five aspects:atmosphere structure,resource support,motivation willingness,ability level and implementation effect,among which resource support has a strong influence on ability level and motivation willingness,ability level has a strong influence on implementation effect,while atmosphere structure has a weak influence on implementation effect.Finally for innovation in universities are put forward on the development of entrepreneurship education system:good creative atmosphere and stable resources to support further development can effectively promote innovation entrepreneurship education,should continue to maintain and improve innovative entrepreneurship training and consciousness cultivation,excellent example,thus effectively deepen the students′innovative entrepreneurial intention.
