摘　　要：随着科技的进步,汽车已经渐渐走入千家万户,大家越来越关注汽车内饰豪华感及感知质量,比如,进入车内第一眼看到的汽车仪表台,第一次手触摸的地方汽车门内饰板,第一次关门听到的整车声音品质,这些直接影响到顾客对整车的品质感知。本文以多款车型门内饰板异响为例,简述乘用车在开关门及颠簸路况下,遇到的异响问题的种类及具体解决方案,为今后其它车型解决车门内饰板异响问题提供一些分析方法和解决方案。With the advancement of technology,automobiles have gradually entered into thousands of households.Everyone pays more and more attention to the luxury and perceived quality of automobile interiors.The car door trim panel where you touch it,and the sound quality of the whole car heard when the door is closed for the first time directly affect the customer’s perception of the quality of the whole car.This article takes the abnormal noise of the door interior panels of various models as an example,briefly describes the types and specific solutions of the abnormal noise problems encountered by passenger cars during door opening and closing and bumpy road conditions,to solve the abnormal noise of the door interior panels of other models in the future providing some analysis methods and solutions to the problem.
