摘 要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚四氢呋喃(PTMG)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、丙烯酸十八酯(SA)为主要原料,合成了阳离子型聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯无氟拒水剂,用于棉织物的整理。讨论了聚氨酯制备中单体所含—NCO与—OH基团的摩尔比R值、扩链剂用量、聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯配比等对拒水剂乳液的性能影响。以红外、热重分析了所合成聚合物,检测了乳液的离心稳定性、黏度、粒径。以静态接触角、扫描电镜等对整理后织物进行表征。结果表明,当R值为1.2~1.3,扩链剂用量为10%时制备的聚氨酯性能最优,聚氨酯和丙烯酸十八酯配比为4∶2时,制备的拒水剂效果最优。Cationicpolyurethane-acrylate fluorine-free water repellent agent was synthesized with isophoronediisocyanate(IPDI),polytetrahydrofuran(PTMG),N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA),hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)and octadecyl acrylate(SA).The agent was used for water repellent finishing of cotton fabric.The effects of R value which is themole ratio of—NCO to—OH groups of monomers,the amount of chain extender,and the ratio of polyurethane to acrylate on the performance of water repellent emulsion was studied.The synthesized polymer was analyzed with FTIR and TG.The centrifugal stability,viscosity and particle size of emulsion were obtained.The finished fabric was characterized by static contact angle,scanning electron microscope and FTIR.The optimum synthetic conditions were that R value was 1.2~1.3 and the chain extender dosage was 10%.When the ratio of polyurethane to octadecyl acrylate was 4∶2,the agent had best water repellent property.
