摘  要:以聚甲基氢硅氧烷(PMHS)为改性剂,采用球磨法对黄土微粒进行表面改性,制备高疏水性能的改性黄土,评价改性黄土对防水涂料性能的影响。结果表明,在球磨的机械作用下,当PMHS用量为6%,球磨时间为30 min时,PMHS改性后的黄土表现出较强的疏水性能,接触角和吸湿率分别为125.1°和0.63%。将PMHS改性黄土和嘉仕涂-100粉料按质量比3∶100混合,制备改性防水涂料,漆膜的拉伸强度、粘结强度和断裂伸长率分别提高了10.4%,48.4%,8.9%,且经过浸水处理后三者的保持率分别在92%,96%和82%以上,改性后的涂料的各项物理力学性能均优于GB/T 23445—2009规定的技术指标(II型)。The modified loess with high hydrophobic property was prepared by ball-milling method,using polymethylhydrosiloxane(PMHS)as modifier and the effect of PMHS modified loess on the performance of waterproof coating was evaluated.Results showed that loess particles could be successfully modified by PMHS under PMHS dosage for 6%and milling time for 30 min,the modified loess possessed stronger hydrophobic property,and the contact angle and hydroscopicity were 125.1°and 0.63%.The modified waterproof coating was prepared by mixing PMHS modified loess and Jiasitu-100 powder according to the mass ratio of 3∶100.The tensile strength,bonding strength and breaking elongation ratio of the coating film were improved by 10.4%,48.4%and 8.9%respectively,and the retention rates of the three indicators were above 92%,96%and 82%after the immersion treatment.The physical and mechanical properties of the modified coating are better than the technical indexes stipulated in GB/T 23445—2009(Type II).
