摘 要:简述了水解酸化浸提污泥重金属的机理,从水解与酸化两个阶段出发,分析了微波、超声,水热、化学氧化,添加表面活性剂及生物酶等协同方法及其组合工艺对水解阶段的促进作用,讨论了富集产酸菌,共发酵产酸和抑制产甲烷菌3种方法对酸化阶段的优化作用。明确了各种方法协同的关键在于促进污泥溶胞,提高挥发性脂肪酸VFAs的产量以及降低产甲烷菌对其消耗,而由VFAs快速累积营造的酸性环境则更利于污泥重金属浸提。指出了水解酸化与其他方法协同浸提污泥重金属将成为今后重要的研究方向。The mechanism of hydrolysis acidification leaching of heavy metals from sludge was introduced,from the two stages of hydrolysis and acidification,the microwave,ultrasonic,hydrothermal,chemical oxidation,addition of surfactants and biological enzymes and their combined processes were analyzed to promote the hydrolysis stage.The optimization of acidizing stage by three methods.The enrichment of acid-producing bacteria,co-fermentation and inhibition of methanogens bacteria were discussed.Having made clear that the key to the coordination of various methods is to promote sludge lysates,increase the production of volatile fatty acid VFAS and reduce the consumption of methanogens,acidic environment created by rapid accumulation of VFA_(s) is more conducive to heavy metal leaching from sludge.Therefore,the research directions of further study were hydrolysis acidification and other methods synergistic leaching of heavy metals in sludge.
