摘  要:根据液压操动机构储能行程监测装置的工况特点,推导分析了储能行程监测装置的运动学特性,计算了该行程装置在运动过程中的振动冲击力,基于碟簧的力学特性,为储能行程监测装置设计了一套缓冲结构。校核计算结果表明,该缓冲结构可有效减小液压操动机构储能行程监测装置的振动冲击,提高储能行程监测装置的可靠性。According to the working condition characteristics of the energy storage stroke monitoring device of the hydraulic operating mechanism,the kinematic characteristics of the energy storage stroke monitoring device are deduced and analyzed,and the vibration and impact force of the stroke device in the movement process is calculated.Based on the mechanical characteristics of the disc spring,a set of buffer structure is designed for the energy storage stroke monitoring device.The checking calculation results show that the buffer structure can effectively reduce the vibration impact of the energy storage stroke monitoring device of the hydraulic operating mechanism and improve the reliability of the energy storage stroke monitoring device.
