摘 要:工业上涡旋压缩机的涡旋盘常采用压铸铁与压铸铝材料。以双涡旋齿结构的涡旋盘为研究对象,从模态分析和谐响应分析角度,对比两种材料涡旋盘的动态特性。首先通过计算得到了作用于涡旋盘的气体力,然后分别对两种材料的涡旋盘进行气体力载荷下的模态分析和谐响应分析,得到其前六阶固有频率、对应的变形量以及涡旋齿沿X,Y方向的变形随频率变化的规律。结果表明,采用压铸铝材料的涡旋盘的一阶固有频率较高,防振性能更好;在各自的频率范围内,采用压铸铝材料的涡旋盘最大变形量较小,说明采用压铸铝材料的涡旋盘动态性能更优。Die-casting iron and die-casting aluminum are often used as scroll plates in industry.Taking the scroll disc with twin-wraps as the research object,it compares the dynamic characteristics of the two materials in the perspective of modal analysis and harmonic response analysis.The gas force acting on the scroll disc is calculated,and the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the scroll disc under the gas force load are carried out for the two kinds of materials respectively,the first six natural frequencies and corresponding deformation are obtained,and the law of the deformation of the scroll tooth along the X and Y directions with the frequency is obtained.The results show that the first-order natural frequency of the die-casting aluminum scroll disc is higher,and the anti-vibration performance is better;in the respective frequency range,the maximum deformation of the die-casting aluminum scroll disc is smaller,which shows that the dynamic performance of the die-casting aluminum scroll is better.
