摘  要:目的研究江南卷柏的化学成分。方法综合采用中压C18和制备HPLC等色谱技术对江南卷柏全草水溶性化学成分进行分离,通过NMR、ESI-MS等波谱技术并结合文献进行对比鉴定化合物结构。结果从江南卷柏中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:(2S)-5-羧甲基-4’,7-二羟基二氢黄酮(1);芹菜素-7-O-β-D-呋喃芹菜糖基-6,8-C-β-D-二吡喃葡萄糖苷(2);4’,5,7-三羟基-3’,6-二甲氧基黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3);vicenin-2(4);5-甲氧基-4′-羟基黄酮-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5);5,5’’,7,7’’,4’,4’’’-六羟基-(2’,8’’)-双黄酮(6);unciflavone D(7);4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸(8)。结论化合物2、3、6-8为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Selaginella moellendorffii. Methods The compounds are isolated by chromatographic techniques medium pressure C18 and pre-HPLC included. Their structures are elucidated by the data of NMR and ESI-MS and the literature. Results 8 compounds are separated and identified by spectroscopic analysis as:(2 S)-5-carboxymethyl-4’,7-dihydroxyflavonone(1);apigenin-7-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-6,8-di-C-β-D-glucopyranoside(2);4’,5,7-trihydroxy-3’,6-di-methoxyflavone-7-O-β-D-glucoside(3);vicenin-2(4);5-carboxymethyl-4’-hydroxyflavone-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5);5,5’’,7,7’’,4’,4’’’-hexahydroxy-(2’,8’’)-biflavone(6);unciflavone D(7);3-methoxy-4-hydroxy benzoic acid(8). Conclusion Compounds 2, 3, 6-8 are isolated from Selaginella moellendorffii for the first time.
