摘　　要：传统中药具有良好的抗痴呆作用,其中含皂苷成分中药治疗痴呆疗效可靠且有一定的代表性,其抗痴呆的机制主要通过参与神经生化、氧化应激、炎性反应与血管机制等途径。对中药皂苷类成分治疗阿尔茨海默病和血管性痴呆相关机制的有关文献加以分析综述,为含皂苷成分中药的进一步药理研究和痴呆临床治疗提供参考。Traditional Chinese medicines have gradually show good anti-dementia effects. Among them, traditional Chinese medicine containing saponins have a reliable and representative effect in treating dementia. Its anti-dementia mechanisms are mainly involved in neurobiochemical, oxidative stress, inflammatory reactions and vascular mechanisms. This study analyzes and summarizes the relevant literature on the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and vascular dementia with saponins of traditional Chinese medicine, and provides references for further pharmacological research on saponins and clinical treatment of dementia.
