摘　　要：目的:在乡村振兴战略背景下,调查我国医学毕业生农村就业意愿,分析其影响因素,为优化农村卫生人力资源配置提供参考。方法:对我国东、中、西部10所高校的2000名医学毕业生进行问卷调查,采用χ^(2)检验、logistic回归等方法进行数据分析。结果:共回收有效问卷1867份,仅有15.32%的医学毕业生愿意或很愿意到农村就业;生源类别为农村、专业成绩排名为后50%、有农村社会实践经验、预期收入在3000-6000元、毕业之后转行的医学毕业生更愿意到农村就业(P<0.05)。结论:医学毕业生农村就业意愿受到社会经济地位因素、专业成绩、农村实践经验及毕业后就业方向等因素的影响。医学生要确定职业发展规划、转变就业观念,卫生决策及管理部门应加强医学生农村就业政策的制定、宣传与评估,提高医学生待遇水平,吸引医学生到农村就业。Objective:To investigate the rural employment intention of medical graduates in China under the background of rural vitalization strategy,to analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide references for optimizing the allocation of rural health human resources.Methods:2000 medical graduates from 10 universities in eastern,central and western China were investigated by questionnaire survey,chi-square test and logistic regression were used for data analysis.Results:A total of 1867 valid questionnaires were collected,only 15.32%of medical graduates were willing or very willing to work in rural areas.Medical graduates from rural areas,ranked in the bottom 50%of their major scores,had rural social practice experience,expected income of 3000-6000 yuan,and changed careers after graduation were more willing to work in rural areas(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rural employment intention of medical graduates is influenced by factors such as social and economic status,professional performance,rural practical experience and employment direction after graduation.Medical students should determine their career development plan and change their employment concept.Health decision-making and management departments should strengthen the formulation,publicity and evaluation of rural employment policies for medical students,improve the treatment level of medical students,and attract medical students to wok in rural areas.
