摘　　要：项目组经过连续多年全面深入的工程调研分析、全过程关联的试验观测与工程验证,完成城市污水处理系统从产生源头到接纳水体各关键环节的工程运行特性、作用机理和影响因素研究,揭示和阐明了城市污水管网污染物转移转化、生物除磷脱氮功能微生物响应、活性污泥膨胀及生物泡沫、污泥稳定化、新型微量污染物迁移转化、接纳水体水质演变的工程运行特性、技术机理和调控机制,创新发展了城市污水处理系统工艺设计与优化运行的工程基础理论、技术方法和工程对策措施,为我国城市污水处理系统设计建设、优化运行、技术标准和政策制定提供了强有力的理论指导和技术支撑。For continuous years of comprehensive engineering investigation,pilot test and verification,the project team has completed the research on operating characteristics,control mechanism and influencing factors of urban wastewater treatment system,from the headstream of wastewater to receiving water.The research revealed the operating characteristics and control mechanism about the process of pollutant transformation in urban sewage system,microbial response to biological phosphorus and nitrogen removal,activated sludge bulking and biological foam,sludge stabilization,emerging micropollutants transportation,and receiving water quality evolution.It developed the basic theory,technical processes,and related engineering measures,which provides strong theoretical guidance and technical support for design,construction,operation optimization,technical standard and policy establishment of urban wastewater treatment systems in China.
