摘　　要：本文论述了《民用建筑设计统一标准》修订的背景及编制思路,并对每个章节中重点内容进行解读,提出了四大亮点与创新点:遵循可持续发展战略、适度提高了标准、强调以人为本、更清晰界定设计者的责任。标准实施应用后经济、社会和环境的综合效益显著。This article expounds the background and compilation ideas of the revision of the Uniform Standard for Design of Civil Building,and interprets the key contents in each chapter.This article proposes four highlights and innovations:following the sustainable development strategy,upgrading the standards moderately,emphasizing people-oriented philosophy,and defining the responsibilities of designers more clearly.The comprehensive benefits of economy,social and environment will be significant after the implementation of the Standard.
