摘 要:项目以上海深坑酒店工程为载体,针对80m深紧邻建筑陡峭崖壁风化严重、直立陡峭崖壁垂直运输施工难度大、狭小崖壁空间内立面双曲主体钢结构施工难度大、坑内环境修复与品质改造提升难度大的施工问题。创新研发了邻建筑直立弧面陡峭崖壁爆破与加固技术,通过基于BIM的崖壁小扰动立体组合爆破方法与高空弧面陡峭崖壁复绿加固技术,精确定位爆破范围与爆破点,解决了崖壁坡脚保护的难题,崖壁监测数据稳定;创新研发了负向超深施工垂直运输技术,发明了多工况埋入式、截面扩大式冲击搅拌汇流消能的负向混凝土输送装备和施工方法,首次实现了负向80m的混凝土输送;创新研发了两点支撑式双曲复杂钢框架结构施工等多项技术。The project takes the Shanghai Shenkeng Hotel project as the carrier,and aims at the 80m deep adjacent building steep cliffs with severe weathering,vertical transportation of the vertical steep cliffs,difficult construction,difficult construction of the hyperbolic main steel structure of the inner elevation of the narrow cliff space,and environmental restoration in the pit In response to the difficult construction problem of quality improvement and improvement,we have innovatively developed the blasting and reinforcement technology for the vertical arc steep cliff wall of the adjacent building,through the BIMbased small disturbance three-dimensional combined blasting method of the cliff wall and the high-altitude arc face steep cliff wall re-greening reinforcement technology.Accurately locate the blasting range and blasting point,solve the problem of protection of the slope foot of the cliff,and the monitoring data of the cliff is stable;innovatively developed the negative ultra-deep construction vertical transportation technology,and invented the multi-condition buried and cross-sectional expansion type impact mixing Confluence energy dissipating negative concrete conveying equipment and construction methods,for the first time to realize a negative 80m concrete conveying;innovatively developed a two-point support type hyperbolic complex steel frame construction technology.A number of technologies such as the construction of two-point supported hyperbolic complex steel frame structure have been innovatively developed.
