摘 要:随着城市化进程的不断深入,城市轨道交通工程发展迅猛,项目在城市密集区内施工建设,工程项目线路长、建设地质水文条件复杂、周边环境敏感,导致城市轨道交通的建设蕴藏大量风险和隐患,易发生重大安全事故,社会影响恶劣,风险管控问题突出。主要存在风险量化分析困难、风险大数据获取不足、风险管控手段传统的瓶颈。完成单位经过数年产学研攻关,在理论方法、技术装备、平台三个方面实现了实质性创新,解决了轨道交通建设风险管控关键技术难题。主要的创新成果有:基于云服务的轨道交通建设风险管理理论与方法;轨道交通建设风险大数据快速采集技术与装备;轨道交通建设风险大数据管控技术与云平台。With the continuous urbanization process,urban rail transit projects are developing rapidly,and the projects are constructed in dense urban areas,with long project lines,complex construction geological and hydrological conditions,and sensitive surrounding environment,which leads to the construction of urban rail transit harboring a lot of risks and hidden dangers,prone to major safety accidents,bad social impact,and prominent risk control problems.The main bottlenecks are the difficulty of risk quantification and analysis,insufficient access to risk big data,and traditional risk control methods.After several years of industry-academia-research study,the project team has achieved substantial innovation in three aspects:theoretical methodology,technical equipment and platform construction,and solved the key technical problems of risk control during rail transit construction.The main innovations are:(1)the theory and methodology of risk management of rail transit construction based on cloud services;(2)the technology and equipment for rapid acquisition of big data of rail transit construction risks;(3)the technology and cloud platform for management and control of big data of rail transit construction risks.
