摘　　要：项目组主要研究将BIM技术应用于装配式建筑设计的数字化和智能化设计方法,基于自主PKPM-BIM平台,开发符合国内设计习惯和工作流程的装配式设计软件PKPM-PC。PKPM-PC结合PKPM结构设计软件,提供了预制混凝土构件的脱模、运输、吊装过程中的计算工具,实现整体结构分析及相关内力调整、连接设计、预制构件库的建立、三维拆分与预拼装、碰撞检查、构件详图、材料统计等功能,同时BIM数据可直接接力到生产加工设备。为广大设计和生产企业提供专业软件,保证装配式结构设计安全度,提高设计效率和质量,助力建筑工业化发展。The project mainly studies the digital and intelligent design method of applying BIM Technology to the prefabricated building design,and develops the assembly design software PKPM-PC which conforms to the domestic design habits and work flow based on the independent PKPM-BIM platform.Combined with PKPM structural design software,PKPM-PC provides calculation tools in the process of demoulding,transportation and hoisting of precast concrete components,and realizes the functions of overall structure analysis and relevant internal force calculation,connection design,establishment of prefabricated component library,3D splitting and pre-assembly,collision inspection,component detailed drawings,material statistics,etc.At the same time,BIM data can be directly relayed to the production and processing equipment.PKPM-PC can provide professional software for the design and production enterprises to ensure the safety of prefabricated structure design,improve the design efficiency and quality,and facilitate the development of building industrialization.
