摘  要:西藏地区特殊的环境条件,使得公路等线型工程在弃渣布置及渣场防护等方面存在差异性及特殊性。分析了某西藏公路改扩建工程的弃渣,并进行了水土保持措施设计,从弃渣的来源、去向、弃渣的综合利用、弃渣场位置的选择与弃渣场水土保持防护等方面,根据所经区域不同气候、地形、植被、环境影响等存在的差异性,采取分段集中弃渣,因地制宜进行弃渣场布置及水土保持措施优化设计。结果表明:在充分满足公路建设要求的同时,加强弃渣布置与渣场防护,是生产建设活动水土保持工作重点,可治理因生产建设活动导致的水土流失,达到保护和合理利用水土资源,改善生态环境的目标。Because of the special environment in Tibet,there are differences in site selection and protection mea⁃sures design for spoil area of highway engineering.In the light of a highway engineering in Tibet,we analyze the source and the whereabouts of waste slag,comprehensive use of spoil,site selection and protection measures de⁃sign for spoil area.According to the differences of climate,terrain,vegetation and environmental impact in the ar⁃ea,the waste slag shall be concentrated in sections,and the layout of waste slag yard and the optimization design of soil and water conservation measures shall be carried out according to local conditions.While the requirements of highway construction fully satisfied,strengthening waste slag layout and slag yard protection is the focus of soil and water conservation in production and construction activities,which can control the soil and water loss caused by production and construction activities,so as to achieve the goal of protecting and reasonably utilizing soil and water resources and improving the ecological environment.
