摘　　要：开发了一种具有较高延伸率的高弹性堵漏用改性环氧灌浆材料,通过对环氧树脂分子进行柔性链段的化学接枝,在保留环氧树脂分子结构高强度的基础上,提高固化后交联网络结构的柔性,大幅度改善了环氧树脂的脆性。工程应用结果表明,该灌浆材料可有效抵御列车运行过程中引起的振动和温差变化引起的热胀冷缩,起到了很好的修复性堵漏与补强加固作用。A kind of modified epoxy grouting material with high elasticity and high elongation for plugging is developed.Through the chemical grafting of flexible chain segments of epoxy resin molecules,the flexibility of crosslinked network structure after curing is improved,and the brittleness of epoxy resin is greatly improved,while the high strength of epoxy resin molecular structure is retained.The engineering application results show that the grouting material can effectively resist the vibration caused by train operation and thermal expansion and cold contraction caused by the change of temperature difference,and play a good role in repairing leakage plugging and reinforcement.
