摘 要:以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基料,采用混合硅烷替代传统KH-550作为偶联剂,制备了单组分中性脱酮肟型硅酮胶,并研究了混合硅烷对硅酮胶各项性能的影响。结果表明,与单独使用KH-550相比,使用混合硅烷偶联剂制备的硅酮胶,表干时间和耐黄变性能不受影响、深层固化速度更快,且能与玻璃和氧化铝基材粘结良好。分析认为,该混合硅烷完全可替代单一的KH-550应用于门窗用单组分硅酮胶的制备,并可降低其生产成本和缩短施工时间。Withα,ω--dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane as base material and mixed silane instead of traditional KH-550 as coupling agent,single component neutral deketoxime silicone sealant is prepared,and the effects of mixed silane on the properties of silicone sealant are studied.The results show that compared with the exclusive use of KH-550,the silicone sealant prepared with mixed silane coupling agent has no influence on the surface drying time and yellowing resistance,deep curing speed becomes faster,and its bonding strength with glass and alumina substrates is excellent.The analysis shows that the mixed silane can completely replace the single KH-550 in the preparation of single component silicone sealant for doors and windows,and it can reduce its production cost and shorten the construction time as well.
