摘 要:采用自由基聚合法,将单体3-[N,N-二甲基-[2-(2-甲基丙-2-烯酰氧基)乙基]铵]丙烷-1-磺酸内盐(DMAPS)、丙烯酸(AA)与离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑二氰胺([EMI][DCA])在紫外光下一步法制备离子凝胶。利用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对离子凝胶的结构进行表征,采用热失重分析仪(TGA)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)进行热学性能表征,利用电子万能试验机测试其力学性能,并通过数字万用表与LCR数字电桥分别测试离子凝胶的应变和压力传感性能。结果表明:合成的离子凝胶表现出高透明度、高拉伸性(断裂伸长率约为650%)和高离子电导率(约为1.31 mS/cm)的特点;通过循环拉伸和压缩试验表明该离子凝胶具有良好的弹性;离子凝胶作为电阻式传感器,对不同应变的传感表现出高灵敏度和稳定性,由该离子凝胶构建的电容式传感器能够有效地感知压力。The ionogels were prepared in one step under UV light by radical copolymerization of the monomer 3-[N,N-dimethyl-[2-(2-methylprop-2-enoyloxy)ethyl]ammonium]propane-1-sulfonate(DMAPS)and acrylic acid(AA)in ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium dicyanamide([EMI][DCA]).The structure of the ionogels was characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).Thermal properties of the ionogels were investigated by thermogravimetric analyses(TGA)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The mechanical properties of the ionogels were evaluated by universal material testing machine.The strain and pressure sensing performance of the ionogels were investigated by digital multimeter and LCR meter.The results show that the ionogels exhibit high transparency,stretchability(elongation at break about 650%)and ionic conductivity(about 1.31 mS/cm).The cyclic tensile and compression tests show that the ionogels have excellent elasticity.As a resistive sensor,the ionogels have a high sensitivity and stability to different strain.The capacitive sensor based on the ionogels exhibits efficient response to pressure.
