摘 要:基于纬编针织物线圈的几何形态,构建一种提花导电针织物的电阻模型,并推导织物面电阻的理论计算式,同时开发不同导电纱成圈数占比的纬编提花导电针织物,通过试验对所建立电阻模型进行验证。结果表明,建立的电阻模型的电阻值与试验电阻值的最大绝对误差为0.104Ω,最大相对误差为6.42%,两者吻合程度较高,可以用该电阻模型预测纬编提花结构设计对导电针织物电学性能的影响。对纬编提花导电针织物进行热性能测试,织物平衡温度可达48.8~62.9℃,且热稳定性好,满足电加热服电热元件的要求。Based on the geometrical configuration of weft knitted stitches,a resistance model of conductive knitted jacquard fabric was constructed.The theoretical calculation equation of fabric surface resistance was derived.Weft knitted jacquard fabrics with different proportion of conductive stitches were developed and the resistance model was verified by experiments.Results show that maximum absolute error between the resistance value of resistance model and experimental value is 0.104Ω,maximum relative error is 6.42%,which is a high degree of agreement.It can be concluded that the resistance model can be used to predict the influence of jacquard pattern design on electrical properties of conductive knitted fabrics.The thermal properties of conductive weft knitted jacquard fabric were tested,and the equilibrium temperature of the fabric was up to 48.8-62.9℃.It is concluded that the fabrics have good thermal stability,which meet the requirements of electric heating element for electric heating garment.
