摘　　要：为支撑大型体育赛事期间城市背景交通和赛事专用交通的统一规划、管理和服务,形成赛事交通信息化工作范式,调研并总结大型体育赛事交通系统建设经验与启示。分析赛事交通信息系统的特征需求,指出大型体育赛事交通信息系统应以先进性、适用性、经济性和可持续性为原则。明确系统的人、车、路三大基本要素,分析赛事交通管理中心、举办城市交通运输和管理部门、铁路民航管理部门、国际赛事组织及出行者五类系统使用用户的功能需求。结合城市已建交通信息系统增量、赛事专用交通保障系统建设更新和交通科技创新示范三种建设模式,设计赛事交通综合监控指挥、车辆调度及管理、设施管理、人员管理及服务四项工作的系统内容,形成大型体育赛事交通信息系统建设框架。To promote the integrated urban transportation planning,management and service,and stan-dardize travel information system for major sports events,this paper summarizes lessons learned from the existing transportation system development that accommodates travel needs of major sports events.Through analyzing the characteristics of transportation information system for the major events,the paper points out that the system development should be based on advanced technology,ap-plicability,cost effectiveness,and sustainability.By emphasizing three key system components,that is users,vehicle and road infrastructure,the paper discusses the system functional needs from five types of users:event traffic management center,hosting city's transportation and management departments,railway and air transportation agencies,international event organization,and travelers.Considering the already developed modules of transportation information systems,updated event transportation ser-vice system,and pilot project for transportation technology innovation,the paper proposes a transpor-tation information system framework for major sports events,which includes the comprehensive event monitoring,vehicle dispatching and management,facility management,and personnel and service.
