摘 要:为了明确鄂西红豆枝干枯萎病的病原菌,对福建省华安县采集获得的鄂西红豆枝干枯萎病样本进行分离、纯化,共分离出23株菌株,将分离到的菌株依据菌落生长特征、菌丝生长状态和孢子特征等进行比较和分类,23株菌株归为6种菌株:HA-1、HA-3、HA-5、HA-7、HA-16和HA-18。经致病性分析,HA-1能够使鄂西红豆产生枝干枯萎病症状,发病症状与野外发病症状相同。结合形态学特征鉴定、及核糖体基因内转录间隔区(ITS)构建系统进化发育树,初步鉴定为砖红镰刀菌,后又结合RPB1基因和RPB2基因串联构建系统进化树的结果,最终将HA-1菌株鉴定为束梗镰刀菌(Fusariumstilboides Wollenw.),此病菌侵染鄂西红豆树尚属首次发现。To identify the causative pathogen of Ormosia hosiei branch blight,23 fungal strains were isolated and purified from branch blight samples collected in Hua’an County,Fujian Province,China.The strains were compared and classified according to their colony growth characteristics,mycelia growth status,and spore characteristics,and were classified into 6 strains:HA-1,HA-3,HA-5,HA-7,HA-16,and HA-18.According to pathogenicity analyses,HA-1 caused the symptoms of branch blight in O.hosiei that are observed in the field.Combining the identified morphological characteristics with a phylogenetic tree constructed using internal transcribed spacer,the HA-1 strain was initially identified as Fusarium lateritium Nees.Next,RPB1 and RPB2 were connected in series to construct a phylogenetic tree,and the HA-1 strain was accurately identified as Fusarium stilboides Wollenw.To the best of our knowledge,this is the first report of Fusarium stilboides Wollenw causing branch blight disease in O.hosiei in China.
