壮腰健肾丸对免疫抑制小鼠血常规和血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探究壮腰健肾丸对免疫抑制小鼠血常规、血清生化指标的影响。方法将24只小白鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、壮腰健肾丸给药组,给药组小鼠每天灌胃1.698 g/kg剂量的壮腰健肾丸悬液,连续14 d,第12天开始模型组和壮腰健肾丸给药组小鼠每天腹腔注射50 mg/kg剂量的环磷酰胺,第15天对所有小鼠进行眼球采血,检测并分析血常规和血清生化指标。结果与对照组相比,模型组小鼠的白细胞总数、淋巴细胞总数、单核细胞百分比、总蛋白含量、白蛋白含量、肌酐含量显著下降(P<0.05);与模型组相比,壮腰健肾丸给药组小鼠的白细胞总数、淋巴细胞总数、血小板分布宽度、总蛋白含量、白蛋白含量、肌酐含量显著上升(P<0.05)。结论壮腰健肾丸能有效改善免疫抑制小鼠血常规、血清生化指标的异常,对进一步证实壮腰健肾丸增强机体免疫功能具有一定的参考意义。Objective To explore the effect of Zhuangyao Jianshen Pills on blood routine and serum biochemical indicators of immunosuppressed mice.Methods Twenty-four mice were randomly divided into a control group,a model group and the Zhuangyao Jianshen Pill group.Mice in the Zhuangyao Jianshen Pill group were intragastrically given 1.698 g/kg of suspension liquid of Zhuangyao Jianshen Pills every day for 14 days.On the 12th day,mice in the model group and the Zhuangyao Jianshen Pill group were intraperitoneally injected with 50 mg/kg cyclophosphamide every day.On the 15th day,we collected the eyeball blood from all mice,detected and analyzed their blood routine and serum biochemical indicators.Results Compared with the control group,the model group had significant decreases in the total number of white blood cells,total number of lymphocytes,percentage of monocytes,total protein content,albumin content and creatinine content(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,Zhuangyao Jianshen Pill group had significant increases in the total number of white blood cells,total number of lymphocytes,platelet distribution width,total protein content,albumin content and creatinine content(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhuangyao Jianshen Pill can effectively alleviate the abnormality of blood routine and serum biochemical indicators in immunosuppressed mice,which has certain reference for further confirming that Zhuangyao Jianshen Pills can enhance the immune function of the body.
