临床核医学科室有效放射防护及规范化管理

摘　　要：目的探究临床核医学科室有效放射防护及护理管理措施的规范化管理。方法选取2017年5月—2020年5月本院收治的214例在核医学科接受放射治疗患者,随机分为观察组及对照组各107例。应用综合放射防护与规范化护理管理的是观察组,单纯应用常规放射防护与护理的是对照组。比较分析医护患不良反应发生率、临床上患者的护理满意度情况。结果观察组患者的不良反应发生率1例(0.93%)低于对照组21例(19.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意为106例(99.07%)高于对照组88例(82.24%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对在核医学科接受放射治疗患者,采用综合放射防护与规范化护理管理,可降低临床上不良反应发生率,取得极佳的满意度,安全有效,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the standardized management of effective radiation protection and nursing management in clinical nuclear medicine department.Methods From May 2017 to May 2020,214 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Comprehensive radiation protection and standardized nursing management are used in the observation group,and the control group is simply used in routine radiation protection and nursing.To compare and analyze the incidence of adverse reactions and the nursing satisfaction of clinical patients.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in 1 case(0.93%)in the observation group was lower than that in 21 cases(19.63%)in the control group(P<0.05);The total nursing satisfaction of 106 cases(99.07%)in the observation group was higher than 88 cases(82.24%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive radiation protection and standardized nursing management can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and obtain excellent satisfaction.It is safe and effective and has clinical application value.
