摘 要:目的探讨机械通气治疗小儿急性呼吸衰竭的临床价值。方法在2018年12月—2019年12月期间,对本院收治的小儿急性呼吸衰竭患儿中,结合纳入标准以及排除标准,随机挑选100例患儿随机分成研究组50例以及参照组50例。在研究过程中,对参照组的小儿急性呼吸衰竭患儿采取常规治疗措施,对研究组的小儿急性呼吸衰竭患儿采取机械通气治疗。在治疗同样一段时间之后,对两组的小儿急性呼吸衰竭患儿血氧分压(partial pressure of oxygen,PaO2)、动脉血氧饱和度(arterial oxygen saturation,SaO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(partial pressure of carbon dioxide,PaCO2)值进行动态监测。同时,研究人员还需要检测机械通气治疗小儿急性呼吸衰竭的治疗效果。结果参照组对患儿的呼吸系统相关指标的改善情况不明显,研究组的改善情况明显优于参照组患儿,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参照组患儿行常规治疗措施的有效治疗率不如研究组治疗总有效率高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机械通气治疗对小儿急性呼吸衰竭患儿在呼吸系统相关指标的改善方面有积极的作用,患儿在接受机械通气治疗之后,有更好的治疗效果,有更多的小儿急性呼吸衰竭患儿可以明显改善自身疾病程度,实现疾病的有效治疗。Objective To explore the clinical value of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute respiratory failure in children.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,100 children with acute respiratory failure treated in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into 50 cases in the study group and 50 cases in the reference group in combination with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. During the study, routine treatment measures were taken for children with acute respiratory failure in the reference group, and mechanical ventilation was taken for children with acute respiratory failure in the study group. After the same period of treatment, the partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2) and partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2) of children with acute respiratory failure were dynamically monitored. At the same time, researchers also need to test the therapeutic effect of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute respiratory failure in children. Results The reference group did not significantly improve the respiratory system related indicators of the patients. The improvement of the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group. After the effective analysis of the researcher's statistical software, the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective treatment rate of patients in the reference group who received conventional treatment measures was not as high as that of children with acute respiratory failure in the study group who were treated with mechanical ventilation. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Mechanical ventilation treatment has a positive effect on the improvement of respiratory system related indexes in children with acute respiratory failure. After receiving mechanical ventilation treatment, children have better treatment effect. More children with acute respiratory failure can significantly improve their disease degree and real
