血液净化护理对尿毒症血液净化的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨尿毒患者采用不同血液净化护理干预的血液净化效果。方法将2018年5月—2020年5月期间本院收治82例尿毒症患者以抽签形式进行分组,将82例尿毒症患者分为对照组(n=41)与研究组(n=41),对照组41例患者采用常规护理干预,研究组41例患者采用全面护理干预,将研究组患者护理效果、生活质量评分、血液净化效果及护理满意度与对照组患者进行对比。结果研究组患者健康知识掌握情况、透析掌握时间、配合治疗情况均优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、尿素氮(BUN)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、磷(P)指标均比对照组患者低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、社会功能评分显著高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理总满意度比对照组患者高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对尿毒症患者采用全面血液净化护理,可以有效提高患者血液净化效果,提高患者患者生活质量,提高患者护理满意度。Objective To explore the blood purification effect of different blood purification nursing interventions for uremic patients.Methods From May 2018 to May 2020,82 uremic patients in our hospital were divided into control group(n=41)and study group(n=41).41 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,41 patients in the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention,including nursing effect,quality of life score,blood purification effect and nursing The satisfaction degree was compared with the control group.Results The patients in the study group were better than those in the control group in health knowledge,dialysis time and treatment,P<0.05.The indexes ofβ2-microglobulin(β2-mg),urea nitrogen(BUN),C-reactive protein(CRP)and phosphorus(P)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of body function,role function,cognitive function and social function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive blood purification nursing for uremic patients can effectively improve the effect of blood purification,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the patients'nursing satisfaction.
