摘　　要：中小型企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,也是法律监管的重点领域。近年来与中小企业相关的法律法规政策陆续出台,其中不乏对中小企业支持和保护的政策,然而很多中小企业并未及时掌握相关法律,也不熟悉有利于自身的政策条款,各类针对中小企业的法治培训也有所欠缺,因此亟须通过开展有效地法治培训,搭建中小企业与政府法律法规政策之间的桥梁,利用开发重点培训课程、丰富培训组织形式将中小企业法治水平进一步提升,推动营商环境法治化。Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of our country’s national economy and a key area of legal supervision.In recent years,laws,regulations and policies related to SMEs have been promulgated one after another,many of which support and protect SMEs.However,many SMEs don not understand relevant laws in time,and are not familiar with the policies and provisions that benefit them.Legal training for SMEs is also lacking.Therefore,it is urgent to build a bridge between SMEs and government laws,regulations and policies through effective legal training.The legalization for SMEs and the optimization of China’s business environment will be further improved through the development of key training courses and the enrichment of training organization forms.
