心理健康教育融入思想政治教育的问题和路径研究

摘　　要：心理健康教育是高校思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分,要完成立德树人的根本任务,就要将心理健康教育更好地融入思想政治教育之中。目前,由于系统构架不清晰、课程思政改革不彻底、实践活动不深入、育人评估机制不健全、心理危机干预不协同、教育队伍不成熟等问题,心理健康教育与思想政治教育的融和度还不够高。心理健康教育可以通过构建教育服务体系、完善课程思政体系、丰富实践活动体系等路径与思想政治教育进行更为有效的融合。Mental health education is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.In order to realize the fundamental task of“building morality and cultivating talents”,mental health education should be better integrated into ideological and political education.At present,the integration degree of mental health education and ideological and political education is not good enough because the system structure is not clear,the“curriculum ideological and political education”is not thorough,the practice activities are not deep,the education evaluation mechanism is not perfect,the psychological crisis intervention is not coordinated,the education team is not mature and so on.Mental health education can be integrated more effectively with ideological and political education by constructing education service system,perfecting“curriculum ideological and political education”system,and enriching practice activity system and so on.
