摘　　要：加强新时代大学生总体国家安全观教育,对于引导大学生维护国家长治久安,深化大学生爱国主义教育实效,促进大学生价值塑造和能力培养具有重要意义。在全面深入贯彻落实总体国家安全观的理论指引下,大学生国家安全教育体系构建应始终注重教育内容历史性与时代性统一,教育实施针对性及有效性并重,教育体系系统性与交叉性结合,教育对象全员性与差异性兼顾的原则,真正就培育大学生国家安全意识、国家安全素养及国家安全行为进行系统谋划、科学细化,充分发挥课堂教学主渠道育人作用,积极运用新媒体技术,大力拓展多样化育人载体平台,着力推进国家安全教育教师队伍建设。Strengthening the overall national security concept education of college students in the new era is of great significance for guiding college students to safeguard the long-term stability of the country,deepening the effectiveness of patriotism education for college students,and promoting the value shaping and ability training of college students.Under the theoretical guidance of comprehensively and thoroughly implementing the overall concept of national security,the construction of national security education system for college students should always pay attention to the unity of historical and contemporary educational content,pay equal attention to the pertinence and effectiveness of educational implementation,combine the systematization and the cross-disciplinary nature in education system,and take into account the principle of covering all-staff and paying attention the differences of each educational objects,so as to make systematic planning and scientific refinement for cultivating college students’national security awareness,national security literacy and national security behavior,give full play to the role of educating people through classroom teaching,actively use new media technology,vigorously expand diversified education carrier platforms,and strive to promote the construction of national security education teachers.
