摘 要:采用一种基于压缩式制冷循环的R134a水合物蓄冷装置和释冷装置,试验研究了反应釜内初始压力为150~250 kPa时R134a水合物蓄冷和释冷特性,并通过试验数据计算水合物生成量、蓄冷量、平均蓄冷速率、释冷量、释冷速率、有效释冷率等。结果表明:初始充注压力越高,系统的蓄冷和释冷特性越好;蓄冷部分,初始压力为250 kPa时,总蓄冷量最大(753.59 kJ),与150 kPa初始压力相比增长了26.8%,水合物蓄冷量占比最大(38%),水合物生成质量最高(888.27 g);释冷部分,初始压力为250 kPa时,平均释冷速率最小(306.5 W),总释冷量最大(436.73 kJ),有效释冷量最大(81.01 kJ),水合物释冷率和总释冷率最小(63.48%,58.25%),有效释冷率最大(48.97%)。A R134a hydrate cold storage device based on a compression refrigeration cycle and a cold release device were used to experimentally study the characteristics of R134a hydrate cold storage and cold release when the initial pressure in the reactor was 150~250 kPa,and the hydrate production volume,cold storage capacity,average cold storage rate and release capacity,cold release rate,effective cold release rate,etc.were calculated through the experimental data.It was concluded from the analysis that the higher the initial charging pressure,the better the storage and release characteristics of the system.In the cold storage part,when the initial pressure is 250 kPa,the total cold storage capacity is the largest(753.59 kJ),an increase of 26.8%compared with the initial pressure of 150 kPa,the hydrate cold storage capacity accounts for the largest proportion(38%),and the hydrate generation mass is the highest(888.27 g).In the cold release part,when the initial pressure is 250 kPa,the average cold release rate is the smallest(306.5 W),the total cold release capacity is the largest(436.73 kJ),the effective cold release capacity is the largest(81.01 kJ),the hydrate cold release rate and the total cold release rate are the smallest(63.48%,58.25%),and the effective cold release rate is the largest(48.97%).
