摘 要:为了研究间接蒸发冷却器作为组合式空调机组新风预冷装置在不同温湿度状况的换热效果,利用自主搭建的试验系统对8种不同运行模式下间接蒸发冷却器的换热过程进行了试验测试。结果显示:该装置较普通显热换热器换热效果更突出,干球效率能达到100%以上,湿球效率在60%~70%;通过将板式换热器从干工况运行模式切换到湿工况运行模式,可以显著降低一次空气出口温度;在干燥环境下,间接蒸发冷却技术具有良好的适用性,经过处理的室外新风能直接送入空调房间并能承担部分室内显热负荷;而在高温潮湿环境下,室外新风在换热过程中出现大量凝结,不仅减少了空调的显热负荷,而且减少了潜热负荷,且系统COP能够高达37.52。In order to study the heat transfer effect of the indirect evaporative cooler as the fresh air precooling device of the combined air conditioning unit under different temperature and humidity conditions,the heat transfer process of the indirect evaporative cooler under eight different operation modes was tested using the self built experimental system.The results show that:compared with ordinary sensible heat exchanger,the device has more outstanding heat transfer effect,its dry bulb efficiency can reach more than 100%,and the wet bulb efficiency can reach 60%~70%;by switching the plate heat exchanger from dry operation mode to wet operation mode,the primary air outlet temperature can be significantly reduced;in dry environment,the indirect evaporative cooling technology has good applicability,the treated outdoor fresh air can be directly sent to the air-conditioned room and bear part of the indoor sensible heat load;whereas in the high temperature and humid environment,a lot of condensation appears in the heat exchange process of outdoor fresh air,which not only reduces the sensible heat load of the air conditioning,but also reduces the latent heat load,and the COP of the system can reach as high as 37.52.
