摘 要:为研究包角角度对高比转速离心泵的外特性和压力脉动的影响情况,基于SST k-ω湍流模型,对比转速nq=327的双叶片自吸泵进行了三维非定常数值模拟,采用计算标准差法,对各个监测点的压力脉动进行分析,主要研究了230°~300°包角情况下的外特性变化情况及内流场时空演变特征。结果表明:随着包角角度的增大,扬程呈现先上升后下降的情况,且流量越大,扬程下降越快;随着包角角度的增大,叶轮所受扭矩逐渐降低,存在一个最佳的包角使得效率值最高;双叶片离心泵在运转的过程中隔舌沿叶轮旋转方向20°位置压力脉动最为严重,同时由于双叶片叶轮呈180°中心对称,压力波动最大处的正对面位置压力脉动同样较大;包角角度增大,叶轮中的涡黏度会随之下降。该研究可为高比转速双叶片自吸离心泵设计中包角的选择提供了参考。Three-dimensional unsteady numerical simulations were carried out for the double-blade self-priming pump with nq=327 using SST k-ωturbulence model in order to study the influence of wrap angle on external characteristics and pressure pulsation in a high-specific-sped centrifugal pump.Pressure pulsation of different monitor points was analyzed by the standard deviation method.The variations of external characteristics and spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of internal flow field under different wrap angles(230°~300°)were mainly researched.The results indicate that the head of centrifugal pump rises first and then drops as the wrap angle increases,and the larger the flow rate,the faster the head drops.The torque of impeller gradually declines with the increase of wrap angle and there is an optimal wrap angle that makes the efficiency highest.In the running process,at the position of 20°near the tongue in the rotational direction of the impeller,the pressure pulsation is most severe,and the pressure pulsation at the position directly opposite to the highest pressure pulsation is relatively large because the double-blade impeller presents 180°center symmetric.The eddy viscosity in the impeller decreases with the increase of wrap angle.The research provides some reference for the wrap angle selection in the design of high-specific-speed double blades self-priming centrifugal pump.
