摘 要:针对立式船用离心泵内部流道粗糙度不同的情况,对其进行数值模拟,选取0,1.6,3.2,6.3,12.5,25.0,50.0μm为叶轮壁面粗糙度变量参数,采用CFD方法计算泵内流场并通过提取蜗壳及叶轮表面的压力脉动作为振动激励,通过LMS Virtual lab进行泵体振动响应计算,探寻不同过流壁面粗糙度对船用泵外特性以及振动的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着粗糙度的增加,船用泵外特性呈现线性下降的趋势;泵体内表面流体诱发振动特征频率完全一致,主频为叶频,谐频为轴频以及倍叶频;粗糙度的变化对低频带振动影响较大,且粗糙度对叶频及其倍频幅值变化影响较大。In order to carry out numerical simulation for different roughness of internal flow channel of vertical marine centrifugal pump,0,1.6,3.2,6.3,12.5,25.0 and 50.0μm were selected as the variable parameters of impeller wall roughness.The flow field in the pump was calculated by CFD method and the pressure pulsation on the volute and impeller surface was extracted as the vibration excitation.Then the vibration response of the pump body was calculated by LMS Virtual lab to explore the influence of different flow wall roughness on the external characteristics and vibration of the marine pump.The results indicate that with the increase of roughness,the external characteristics of the marine pump show a linear decline trend.The characteristic frequencies of the fluid-induced vibration on the inner surface of the pump body are completely the same,the main frequency is the blade frequency,the harmonic frequency is the axial frequency and the double blade frequency.The change of roughness has a great influence on the vibration of low frequency band,and the roughness has a great influence on the change of amplitudes of blade frequency and its double frequency.
