摘  要:为了评价组成材料对开普封层路用性能的影响,在开普封层材料组成设计的基础上,通过室内试验对三种不同材料组合的开普封层的粘结性能和抗裂性能进行了对比研究,其中粘结性能试验采用剪切试验和拉拔试验,抗裂试验采用冲击韧性试验。研究结果表明:橡胶沥青碎石封层较乳化沥青碎石封层组成的开普封层表现出明显更优的粘结性能和抗裂性能,采用双层橡胶沥青碎石封层可进一步提升开普封层的抗裂性能,综合考虑经济性,开普封层可优选单层橡胶沥青碎石封层+微表处的材料组合方案,原路面裂缝严重时可采用双层橡胶沥青碎石封层+微表处的方案。In order to evaluate the influence of constituent materials on the road performance of Cape seal,based on the material composition design of Cape seal,the bonding performance and crack resistance of Cape seal with three different material combinations are compared through indoor tests.Shear test and pull-out test are adopted for the bonding performance test,and the impact toughness test is adopted for the crack resistance test.The research results show that:the rubber asphalt macadam seal shows significantly better adhesion and crack resistance than the Cape seal composed of emulsified asphalt macadam seal.The use of double-layer rubber asphalt macadam seal can further improve the crack resistance of Cape seal.Considering the economy,Cape seal can optimize the material combination scheme of single-layer rubber asphalt macadam seal and micro surface.In case of serious cracks on the original pavement,the scheme of double-layer rubber asphalt macadam seal and micro surface can be adopted.
