摘 要:为考察除垢对原生污水源热泵换热器传热与磨损的影响,文章采用模型实验方法,以自制原生污水换热器为实验模型,以粒径为2~3 mm,体积分数分别为3%,5%的沙粒和聚四氟乙烯颗粒为流态化除垢粒子,研究流态化在线除垢法对原生污水换热器的除垢效果,以及对换热管的磨损程度。实验结果表明:利用流态化在线除垢法对结垢污水换热器进行除垢的效果明显;分别采用体积分数为3%,5%的沙粒和聚四氟乙烯颗粒对结垢污水换热器进行除垢后,污水换热器的换热系数分别提升了38.27%,39.72%,22.77%和38.87%,污垢热阻分别降低了64.91%,68.99%,46.79%和64.21%,各工况下换热管的磨损面积比分别为17.72%,46.37%,2.45%和4.1%。通过分析对比实验结果得到,聚四氟乙烯颗粒体积分数为5%的工况适合对污水换热器进行除垢。In order to investigate the effect of descaling on the heat transfer and wear of the primary sewage source heat pump heat exchanger,the article adopted the model experiment method and established a self-made primary sewage heat exchanger as an experimental model.Sand and PTFE particles with the particle size of 2~3 mm and the volume fraction of 3%and 5%are used as fluidized descaling particles to study the effect of fluidized on-line descaling method on primary sewage heat exchanger and the degree of wear on heat exchange tubes.The experimental results show that using of fluidized on-line descaling method to descaling the fouled sewage heat exchanger is effective.After descaling the scaled sewage heat exchanger with a volume fraction of 3%,5%sand and PTFE particles,the heat transfer coefficient of the sewage heat exchanger was increased by 38.27%,39.72%,and 22.77%,and 38.87%,the thermal resistance of fouling was reduced by 64.91%,68.99%,46.79%and 64.21%,the wear area ratio of the heat exchange tube under each working condition was 17.72%,46.37%,2.45%and 4.1%.By analyzing and comparing the experimental results,it is found that the PTFE particles with the volume fraction of 5%is suitable for the descaling of the sewage heat exchanger.
