摘  要:浮式风机已成为开发海上风能的新趋势。文章基于OC4-DeepCwind半潜式平台,设计了一种具有倾斜立柱的新型半潜式平台,并根据势流理论对上述两种平台的水动力性能进行了频域与时域的对比分析及可靠性验证。同时研究了缆索数量、缆索连接点高度与锚固点位置对平台运动响应的影响,提出了一种优化系泊系统的新平台。研究结果表明:新平台的质量与排水体积大大降低;新平台纵荡、垂荡与纵摇RAO峰值明显减小,垂荡固有周期增加,能有效防止共振现象发生;新平台的垂荡与纵摇明显降低,纵荡的改变较小;与原有系泊系统相比,优化后系泊系统的纵荡运动响应与缆索张力明显下降。Floating wind turbines have become a new trend in the development of offshore wind energy.This paper designs a new type of semi-submersible platform with inclined columns based on the OC4-DeepCwind semi-submersible platform.Based on the potential flow theory,the hydrodynamic performance of the two platforms was analyzed and the reliability was verified.At the same time,the OC4-DeepCwind semi-submersible platform and the new platform were compared in the frequency domain and time domain.In addition,the influence of the number of cables,the height of cable connection points and the position of anchor points on the motion response of the platform was studied,and a new platform for optimizing the mooring system was proposed.The results show that:the mass and displacement of the new platform are greatly reduced;the new platform's surge,heave and pitch RAO peaks are significantly reduced,and the heave natural period is increased,prevent resonance phenomena effectively;the heave and pitch motion response of the new platform is significantly reduced,and the change in surge is small;compared with the original mooring system,the surge motion response of the optimized mooring system and cable tension decreased significantly.
