摘  要:以季戊四醇为联接基、N,N-二甲基十二胺、3-氯-1,2-环氧丙烷为原料,通过两步反应合成了一种季铵盐型四聚表面活性剂(4C 12 teQ),并通过FTIR、1H NMR、元素分析对其进行了表征。通过铂金板(Wilhelmy)法测定了不同温度下4C 12 teQ水溶液的表面张力,并采用分水时间法和振荡法测定了不同c(4C 12 teQ)溶液的乳化能力和泡沫性能。实验结果表明,t=25℃,4C 12 teQ的临界胶束浓度(CMC)及该浓度下的表面张力(γCMC)、最大饱和吸附量(Γmax)分别为29.96 mN/m、0.37 mmol/L、4.08 mol/m 2,其表面活性优于具有相同烷基链长的传统单链表面活性剂十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(DTAB),具有良好的泡沫性能和乳化能力,在选矿工艺及油田化学领域具有良好的应用前景。A quaternary-ammonium-salt type tetrameric surfactant linked by pentaerythritol(4C 12 teQ)was synthesized with N,N-dimethyldodecylamine,3-chloro-1,2-propylene oxide as raw materials,and its structure was characterized by FTIR,1H NMR,elemental analysis.The surface tension of 4C 12 teQ aqueous solution at different temperatures was measured by the platinum plate method(Wilhelmy method).The emulsifying ability and foam performance of 4C 12 teQ solutions of different concentrations were measured by the water-separation-time method and the oscillation method.The results show that theγCMC,CMC,andΓmax of 4C 12 teQ at 25℃are 29.96 mN/m,0.37 mmol/L,4.08 mol/m 2,respectively,and its surface activity is far better than conventional cationic dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide(DTAB)with the same alkyl chain length.Experiments show that 4C 12 teQ has better foam performance and emulsification ability,and there exists good application prospect in mineral processing and oilfield chemistry,etc.
