摘 要:Hβ分子筛作为载体,通过碱和磷钨酸(HPW)双重改性,制备了多级孔Hβ分子筛催化剂,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、N 2吸附-脱附曲线(BET)和吡啶红外(Py-FTIR)进行了表征。研究表明,HPW改性后催化剂的晶体结构保持不变且具有多级孔;B酸量增加,与Hβ分子筛相比,10%HPW-Hβ-A 0.2分子筛B酸量由0.36 mmol/g增加至0.73 mmol/g,显示了良好的催化效果。为了探究HPW改性多级孔Hβ分子筛的酰化反应催化效果,将苯甲醚乙酸酐酰化程度作为衡量标准。结果表明最佳酰化反应条件为10%HPW-Hβ-A 0.2分子筛为催化剂,最佳用量1 g,n(苯甲醚)∶n(乙酸酐)=1.5,t=120℃反应2 h,制得的乙酸酐最佳转化率为97.20%,选择性为98.31%。Hierarchical porous Hβzeolite was obtained by impregnation of hierarchical porous Hβzeolite with H_(3)PW_(12)O_(40)(HPW)and alkaline solution.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,BET and Py-FTIR.The results show that the modified catalyst is still BEA crystal structure and hierarchical porous zeolite with micro-mesoporous structures.The amount of Bronsted acid of 10%HPW-Hβ-A 0.2 increased from 0.36 mmol/g to 0.73 mmol/g compared with Hβzeolite.The acylation reaction between anisole and acetic anhydride was used to investigate the catalytic effect of HPW modified hierarchical porous Hβzeolite on acylation reaction.The results indicate that the catalyst has the best acylation performance by using 1 g of 10%HPW-Hβ-A 0.2 molecular sieve as catalyst under the molar ratio of reactants of 1.5 and the reaction time of 2 h at 120℃,with the optimum anisole conversion of 97.20%and the selectivity of 98.31%.
