摘　　要：甲基丙烯酸甲酯装置尾气鼓风机、精制分层器、蒸汽喷射泵等设备在正常运行过程中产生废水。以某生产甲基丙烯酸甲酯装置为例,该废水COD高达238000 mg/L,无法直接进行生化处理,目前主要以天然气为燃料燃烧处理该部分废水,处理废水成本约为250元/t,成本高且不环保。采用先萃取再常压精馏新工艺处理废水,结果表明,以正己烷为萃取剂,萃取比m(正己烷)∶m(废水)=1∶5,萃取后的萃余相进行常压精馏实验,当进料量为3.5~4 mL/min、回流比为3∶1~4∶1,可以使处理后的废水COD<20000 mg/L,且氨氮、总氮、氰化物、总磷量均满足生化处理要求。工艺路线简单,实现清洁生产,解决了传统燃烧法处理甲基丙烯酸甲酯废水存在成本高、污染环境的问题。Waste water is produced by the equipment such as exhaust blower,refining layering device,steam jet pump and other equipment in the normal operation of methyl methacrylate plant.Taking a methyl methacrylate plant as an example,the COD of the wastewater is up to 238000 mg/L,which can not be directly biochemical treatment.At present,the wastewater is mainly combusted by natural gas as fuel,and the cost of treatment is about 250 yuan/ton,which is high cost and environmental pollution.A new process of extraction followed with atmospheric distillation was adopted to treat wastewater.The results show that the extraction ratio of n-hexane is 1∶5,and the extraction phase after extraction is carried out atmospheric distillation experiment.When the feed quantity is 3.5~4 mL/min and the reflux ratio is 3∶1~4∶1,the COD of the treated wastewater is less than 20000 mg/L,and ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,cyanide,and the total phosphorus content meet the biochemical treatment requirements.The process is simple and clean production is realized.The problem of high cost and environmental pollution in the traditional combustion method for the treatment of methyl methacrylate wastewater is solved.
