摘　　要：The field of drug-induced sleep endoscopy(DISE)has grown considerably over the last 10~15 years,to now include its use in pediatric patients.In this review article,we outline our approach to the use of this technology in Children with Airway Obstruction,most specifically in the management of children with airway obstruction and known or suspected adenotonsillar enlargement.
