环境规制约束下绿色物流发展现状研究

摘　　要：现代物流促进了经济发展和社会进步。同时,物流行业也面临着资源存量的有限性与人们对物流需求的激烈增长之间的矛盾日益突出的问题。物流业的发展带来经济利好的同时也不可避免地产生负公共产品。环境规制为物流行业的发展设置了越来越高的环境壁垒,在环境规制的约束下,绿色物流在现代化物流中应运而生,绿色物流在我国发展历程较浅,尚不成熟,研究绿色物流当前的发展现状,分析低碳约束背景下绿色物流发展过程中存在的问题并提出可行性建议,对加强绿色物流管理和物流行业的绿色优化升级和经济高质量发展具有重要意义。Modern logistics promotes economic development and social progress.At the same time,the logistics industry is also facing the increasingly prominent problem of the contradiction between the limited stock of resources and the fierce growth of people s demand for logistics.The development of logistics industry not only brings good economic benefits,but also inevitably produces negative public goods.Environmental regulation has set higher and higher environmental barriers for the development of logistics industry.Under the constraints of environmental regulation,green logistics emerges as the times require in modern logistics.The development of green logistics in China is relatively shallow and immature.This paper studies the current development status of green logistics,analyzes the problems existing in the development process of green logistics under the background of low-carbon constraints,and puts forward feasible suggestions,It is of great significance to strengthen green logistics management,green optimization and upgrading of logistics industry and high-quality economic development.
