医药新零售物流终端配送模式研究

摘　　要：文中首先分析当前医药电商的发展现状,以"最后一公里"终端配送为首要出发点,整理了医药电商在新零售模式下物流终端配送的四种模式,分别是自营送药上门配送模式、第三方专业代收配送模式、智能自取柜配送模式和众包配送模式,并从物流配送成本、物流配送服务、企业规模和能力、外部环境四个方面建立了配送模式选择评价指标体系,运用数学模型层次分析法对每种配送模式进行量化分析,为医药电商企业的物流终端配送模式选择提出了建议。This paper first analyzes the current development of the pharmaceutical e-commerce,with the“last kilometer”;terminal distribution as the starting point,sorting out the pharmaceutical e-commerce in the new retail mode of the four logistics terminal distribution models,they are self-operated door-to-door drug delivery model,the third-party professional agent delivery model,the intelligent counter delivery model and the crowd-sourced delivery model,and from four aspects of logistics distribution cost,logistics distribution service,enterprise scale and capacity,and external environment,the evaluation index system of distribution mode selection is established,the mathematical model analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to analyze each distribution mode quantitatively,and some suggestions are put forward for the selection of terminal distribution mode of medical e-commerce enterprises.
