摘　　要：将EIQ分析法应用到连锁经营物流配送中心的规划管理中,有助于其改善经营问题。文中通过EIQ结合ABC分析法,以AA物流配送中心为例,对其客户和订单资料进行计算和分析,找出客户及订单的特点以及物流业务运作规律,为配送中心系统的规划和决策提供改进策略。The application of EIQ analysis method in the planning management of the logistics distribution center of continuous selling business is helpful to improve the management problem.In this paper,through EIQ and ABC analysis method,taking AA logistics distribution center as an example,the customer and order data are calculated and analyzed to find out the characteristics of customers and orders and the law of logistics operations,and provide improvement strategies for the planning and decision-making of distribution center system.
