摘  要:大学生的主要任务是学习,如何有效完成学业是每个大学生都要面临的重要课题[1]。对大学生在不同阶段的学业状况进行动态比较、细致分析,发现高校大学生学业状况随年级增长变化的态势,进而找出年级增长对大学生学业变化影响的内外部因素,对有效指导不同阶段的大学生特别是新生学业工作提出针对性、操作性强,可实施、效果好的建议及措施。The main task of college students is still learning,and how to effectively complete their studies is an important topic that every college student must face.A dynamic comparison and detailed analysis of the academic status of college students at different stages are carried out.It is found that the academic status of college students changes with the growth of grades,and then the internal and external factors affecting the academic changes of college students are found,and targeted,highly operable,implementable and effective recommended measures are proposed to effectively guide college students at different stages,especially freshmen s academic work.
