摘  要:骨料称重精度对沥青拌合站至关重要,不同称量装置对骨料称重的精度也不同。通过对溜槽秤称量装置的结构分析,提出一种分段式滑弧溜槽秤,基于SW(solidworks)、hypermesh以及EDEM进行仿真分析,与双板秤称量装置和称量斗称量装置进行精度对比,结果表明,优化后的滑弧溜槽秤可以有效提高骨料称重精度。The weighing accuracy of aggregate is very important for an asphalt mixing plant,and the weighing accuracy of aggregate by different weighing devices varies.Through the structural analysis of the weighing device of chute scale,this paper proposes a segmented sliding arc chute scale,which is simulated and analyzed based on SW(SolidWorks),hypermesh and EDEM.The accuracy of thescale is compared with the weighing system of the double plate scale and the weigh hopper.The results show that the optimized sliding arc chute scale can effectively improve the weighing accuracy of aggregate.
