摘 要:水溶性聚酯(WPET)浆料的上浆性能良好,在目前的研究基础上可进行深入的分析,开发出性能更佳的浆料。分别阐述WPET浆料的分子结构式、降解特性、红外(IR)光谱与和X-ray衍射图谱等,分析WPET浆料在涤纶长丝上浆、短纤纱织物经纱上浆中的结构性能。通过IR、X-ray、分子结构等分析结构性能发现:在短纤纱上浆技术中,淀粉不会影响WPET浆料的玻璃化温度,WPET浆料与淀粉间无相互影响,WPET浆料的加入可以改善淀粉浆膜的表面形态;WPET浆料在长丝上浆中能够提高上浆率、减少成本,并且能获得抗裂性优良的产品。The sizing performance of WPET is good. Based on the current research, in-depth analysis can be carried out to develop a better slurry. The molecular structure formula, degradation characteristics, IR spectrum and X-ray spectrum of WPET slurry are described respectively. The structure and properties of WPET slurry in polyester filament sizing and short fiber fabric warp sizing are analyzed. Through the property analysis of IR, X-ray and molecular structure, it is found that starch does not affect the glass transition temperature of WPET slurry in short fiber fabric warp sizing, and there is no interaction between WPET slurry and starch. The addition of WPET slurry can improve the surface morphology of starch slurry film;WPET slurry can improve sizing rate, reduce cost and obtain excellent crack resistance products in filament sizing.
