摘  要:目的分析三维动态超声诊断盆底失弛缓综合征(PFD)的可行性。方法选取2018年7月至2020年7月于东莞市大朗医院住院治疗的80例PFD患者,给予三维动态超声诊断,比较患者在静息状态、Valsalva动作时的肛直角以及不同肛直角的PFD检出率。结果静息状态时的α角、β角、H线均高于Valsalva动作时,γ角低于Valsalva动作时,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。α角、β角、γ角以及H线的PFD检出率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三维动态超声可测得PFD患者在静息状态、Valsalva动作时的肛直角,提高PFD检出率,对治疗方案的制订有重要的指导意义。Objective To analyze the feasibility of 3d dynamic ultrasound in the diagnosis of achalasia pelvic floor syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with PFD who were hospitalized in Dalang Hospital of Dongguan city from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected for three-dimensional dynamic ultrasound diagnosis.The detection rates of PFD were compared at the resting state,at the anal right Angle during Valsalva action,and at different anal right angles.Results In the resting state,theαAngle,βAngle and H line are higher than that of Valsalva action,and theγAngle is lower than that of Valsalva action,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of detection rates of PFD atαAngle,βAngle,γAngle and H line,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Three-dimensional dynamic ultrasound can measure the anal right Angle of patients with PFD in resting state and Valsalva action,which can improve the detection rate of PFD and have important guiding significance for the formulation of treatment plan.
