摘　　要：目的红外治疗仪照射联合综合护理在动静脉内瘘患者护理中的效果。方法选取2019年8月至2020年8月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的60例动静脉内瘘患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予综合护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合红外治疗仪照射,比较两组内瘘使用情况、舒适度、疼痛程度和并发症发生情况。结果观察组首次使用内瘘时间短于对照组,首次透析血流量高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组Kolcaba的舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,两组VAS评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红外治疗仪照射联合综合护理在动静脉内瘘患者护理中的效果显著,可缩短患者首次使用内瘘时间,提高首次透析血流量,改善患者舒适度,减轻其疼痛感,同时有效减少并发症的发生。Objective To discuss the application effect of comprehensive nursing combined with infrared therapy instrument in the nursing of patients with arteriovenous fistula.Methods A total of 60 patients with arteriovenous fistula admitted to the People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,and the observation group was combined with infrared treatment equipment to compare the use of internal fistula,comfort,pain degree and complications between the two groups.Results The observation group used internal fistula for the first time shorter than the control group,the first dialysis blood flow was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,GCQ score of the two groups was higher than that before nursing,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before nursing,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing combined with infrared therapy instrument irradiation in establishing the care of patients with internal arteriovenous fistulas can shorten the first use time of patients with internal fistulas,increase the blood flow of the first dialysis,improve the comfort of patients,reduce their pain,and effectively reduce complications.Symptoms,with high promotion and application value.
